Investigation
This course is taught
by a veteran detective and is designed for the patrol
officer. Students will learn how to: approach the crime
scene, take crime scene photographs, how to properly
utilize video and audio recording devices, crime scene
management, evidence collection, and evidence packaging
techniques. Students will participate in “mock” crime
scenes and role-playing.
