The Legal Updates
course provides the officer with information concerning
changes to law, which impacts how the officer enforces
the law (through case law or changes in the
legislature). This course instructor is an attorney from
the Indiana Prosecuting Attorney’s Council. This is a
2-hour course and is usually combined with the O.S.H.A.
Mandatory Training Course.
