Physical Tactics Level II

    The Level II course builds on the basic fundamentals taught in the Physical Tactics Level I course. Students will review skills learned in the Level I course and in addition will also learn additional take down techniques. Course content also includes basic training in ground fighting techniques. Students will also participate in light contact sparring (utilizing protective equipment). Students will be required to demonstrate a basic proficiency with the newly acquired skills to complete course. Physical Tactic Level I is a pre-requisite for this course. This is a (1) day course (minimum of 8 hours).
